Description of what you need help with:
The users cursor or hotspots to show where they are tapping are not visible when a Principle app is embedded into UserZoom Go (formerly Validately) for UXR moderated studies. This is a follow up to previous question: [Show cursor on Share Version (shared url)]. Is this a known issue? If so, can this be fixed? Their [docs and support] only mention using Principle Mirror app.
