Measuring Distance

Hello Community,

I can not find any advice about measuring distance with Principal. I’ve done many tutorials, but they don’t cover this. Of course I need to realign objects across multiple artboards all the time. It seems there are not tools to see any measuring between objects. In Sketch I’d hold down the first object, and the Option key and hover on the one I want to measure against. All the measurements come up. There are also not rulers and drag-able guides in Principal as well.

Am I missing something here? Thank you very much for any help you can provide to me!

You should be able to see some alignment guides (pink lines) when you drag objects around but no distances I’m afraid.

You could use squares and use them as spacers in order to get a specific distance right and make use of the snapping effect when moving an object around.
