Make a Time counter

I would some help with the counter component. I want to make a minute timer but I can’t. can anybody help me?

I’ve tried putting the numbers in “auto” and trying to animate but I can’t control the time.

I don’t think this is possible, as far as I know. Did you see a tutorial somewhere ? If so, would love to check it out.
