Long pages (mixing scrolling and paging)

Is it possible to introduce scroll resistance (similar to paging) on anything other than a page?

For instance: Let’s say I have a 2000px long scroll. At the 1000px mark, I want there to be some scroll resistance before snapping into the next 1000px.

I tried creating two 1000px long pages, but it didn’t work. Principle just tried its best to page (snapping) its way down. No scrolling involved.

Any ideas?

You can make an invisible scroll and chose paging while you arrange your elements of the page as you like. The result will be same as page snapping!

oh cool! Would you remind elaborating a little bit on that? Not sure I understand exactly what you mean.
