Just purchased Principle and License Key not working

macOS Version: 10.13.6

Hi,

I couldn’t find a number or email to contact so I will just post here. I just purchased a license key for Principle and the key does not seem to work. If someone could help point me in the direction to help getting my license key to work I would really appreciate it!
