Have you searched the Docs and Knowledge base?
Principle Version:5.12
macOS Version:10.15.5
Sketch Version: 66.1
I exported the video very fuzzy, is there any way to export the HD video？

In the export dialog, choose “ProRes”. That is the highest quality output. “Video” is a much more lossy codec and I believe is H264.

BUT, you also might want to make sure you are initially importing your design into Principle at 2x (not 1x) which could be a factor here as well.
