I exported a .MOV & .MP4 with alpha channel enabled, however upon importing the media in Principle the the alpha channel is rendered as black. Is it possible to import a video with transparent background into Principle? If yes, what render settings did you use, other than enabling the alpha channel.

if you are previewing the file on Principle mirror for iOS, iOS does not support video with alpha channel, so there is no format you can put it in to make it transparent on iOS.
If quick looking the video in finder shows the video as transparent, then it should appear transparent in Principle on desktop.
