Connecting to new device after old one was stolen

I should not have to renew if I own my license key and had to unlink it from my old device because it was stolen. Shouldn’t I be able to link to my current device? I did not find anything anywhere in regards to this issue and there is not support contact I have found. Anyone? Thanks in advance!

A device can be unlinked from a license in the License Manager.

Yes unlinked but not relinked to the new device. Make sense?

You enter the license into Principle on the new device.
