Cannot access licence manager

Hi, I’m having a problem accessing the license manager. I can put in the email address or one of the licence keys but I never receive a manager link. However, I do get emails from this help forum using the same email address. Is there anything I can do other than buying an extra licence which happened the last time I moved machine?
